The 21 st century brings forth many challenges and one of those is diversity and inclusion. Research has shown that employees who have a greater sense of belonging often align themselves with the goals and objectives of the organization. Our objectives are to understand the organization's definition of diversity, to increase understanding of how diversity issues play out in the workplace, and to increase the capability to communicate across differences. HR Start Up Program

Florida Employment Law is constantly changing. The Jackson Burns Consultant Group specializes in helping small to medium employers develop their Human Resources systems. If you are a new start up company, our team of consultants will come to your location and assist with the development of your Human Resources policies and practices. This includes but not limited to the following: the development of employee handbook and forms, personnel file layout, creation of interview questions, job descriptions, vendor agreements, recruitment and development of your orientation program.

If you are an existing company, please let The Jackson Burns Consultant Group perform a comprehensive audit of your current Human Resources systems and practices. We'll make recommendations to ensure that you're in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Faith Based Ministry Support

The Jackson Burns Consulting Group works with churches and other faith based entities to provide training and motivational support. We provide career planning, career transition workshops and mock interviews. All participants will receive an updated professional resume created by one of the Jackson Burns Consultants.

Short Staffed? The Jackson Burns Consulting Group can come to your site and perform “traditional” HR duties while you're in the midst of recruiting your next team member. Our staff of professional consultants have a diversified and extensive background that will be used to ensure that your service remains seamless to the customer.

Strategic Planning

The Jackson Burns Consulting Group will help you develop your company's vision, goals and strategies. In addition, we can provide you with scorecards to keep track of your performance towards desired goals. Whether you're planning to grow the business or just remain steady, our team of professionals can ensure that your Human Resources vision is in line with your long term strategy. Strategic planning session typically takes three to five days depending on the various factors (i.e. size of business, availability of documents, etc.)

Team Building/Facilitation

Have you ever needed an outside perspective? The Jackson Burns Consulting group can provide a full of array of team building and facilitation services. No matter the size of the group, we can provide a solution designed to bring forth optimum performance, self awareness and enhanced communications between employees and departments. Workshops and services can be scheduled to fit the needs of your company. We typically provide workshops in two hour blocks up to a half day block of time. Each workshop is customized and consists of a pre assessment meeting to identify needs and objectives, participant material (including power point presentation) and workshop evaluation. Workshops are designed to be fun and interactive.
